Hey, I’m Chase!

I’m Chase Kempton, an award-winning HR professional with a passion for helping startups and midsize businesses build thriving, people-first cultures. With over a decade of experience leading HR strategies—from talent acquisition and employee retention to compliance and training—I’ve been fortunate to make a positive impact on businesses across multiple industries. In 2024, I was honored to receive the Utah Business HR Achievement Award, recognizing my commitment to HR excellence. I also proudly serve as the Director of Emerging Professionals on the Utah SHRM Board of Directors. I have my Master’s of Human Resource from Capella University.

When I’m not shaping HR strategies, you’ll probably find me watching a Lakers game (huge fan!), catching the latest movies, or spending quality time with my amazing wife and two kids. My approach to HR is simple: by pairing the “human” with “resources,” I create solutions that not only support businesses but also strengthen relationships with employees.
